Do you have films you would like to deposit with the archive?
We are happy to acquire original and preservation elements as well as viewing copies in original format to all films that have been theatrically released in Sweden.
The Film Archive in Grängesberg, a division of the National Library of Sweden, acquires non-theatrical Swedish films on small gauges, such as commissioned, industrial and amateur films.
Should you be in possession of films on inflammable nitrate stock, contact us at your earliest convenience via e-mail or phone. Nitrate films are self-destructible, and ignite at +38ºC.
