Commissioner of International Co-productions and drama series Suzanne Glansborg

Suzanne Glansborg took over as Commissioner of international co-productions and drama series on 1 January 2013, after been holding the position as Feature Film Commissioner at the Swedish Film Institutet the previous three years.

For the last three years Suzanne Glansborg has held the position as Feature Film Commissioner, contributing to films like Gabriela Pichler’s Eat Sleep Die (Äta, sova, dö, 2012), Jan Troell’s The Last Sentence (Dom över död man, 2012) and Maud Nycander and Kristina Lindström’s Palme (2012), but from January 1st she has taken over responsibility for drama series and international co-productions.

Suzanne Glansborg, who previously was a buyer for Canal Plus and TV4, is also the Swedish representative for Eurimages, the European Council fund for film. She was a member of the Swedish Film Institute's Children and Young People's Film Committee from 1983-89, and she has also been a member of the Guldbagge Award nominations jury for Best Foreign Language Film.

Glansborg has a bachelor's degree in Humanities from Stockholm University, and has also studied Psychology.
