It Happened in Sköndal is based on Jan Stenmark's illustrations. The film shows man's innermost, taboo-laden thoughts, and these stir up emotions surrounding the viewer's own life and situation. Inescapable shortcomings, failures, grief and regrets are tinged with humour, both black and absurd.
